1. From " Device Manager " , select " View devices by type " , then " Ports ( COM & LPT ) "
2. Select the USB serial port and click " Properties ".
3. Select the " Port Settings " tab , then click " Advanced ". Choose the required COM port number from the list and click " OK ". |

Q : I bought your product of USB 4 PORT HUB W/O POWER , When I plug it with HP-Printer and HP Scanner , it can't work , but when I cut it , it works well . Why ?
A : The main reason is the you HUB you bought is without power , so it only can work with the lower power device . So it can't drive the high power device of HP Printer and HP Scanner together .
